Energy Drinks,  Can they be healthy and useful at the same time?

We did a little research after the question was asked and guess what there are brands out there also listening.

Some of the natural ingredients we are looking for that supply the energy boost sometimes needed at that 3:00 pm time slot are: (as I sit here with my 3:00 coffee habit I need to break!! Game on tomorrow after all this great knowledge!)

Of course caffeine 400mg max daily broken up into two servings is best. (now that I think about it I only have 1 cup in the morning and 8 oz has about 91 mg of caffeine so my second cup isn’t so bad yippie, knowledge is power 🙂 )

REMINDER it’s what you put in your coffee that can make it the game changer.
